I receive a NTVDM error after transferring from CA/DOS to CA/Win using Windows 2000 or XP. What should I do?

This is due to a bug in the Windows 2000/XP DOS emulator. It does not affect the transfer, and is just a cosmetic issue. Just press "Ok" and the transfer will complete normally.
