Can I run DATAIR Applications under Citrix?

DATAIR software is not specifically written to be compatible with Citrix WinFrame or MetaFrame. We do not test the software under Citrix and do not warrant compatibility. Since we do not have Citrix, the support we can provide is extremly limited. DOS Applications: - DOS applications running under Citrix requires the same guidelines to be followed as network installations. In particular, each user must have a unique Run Work directory. Windows Applications: - There must be a C: drive present during installation. After installation, a manual operation is required to relocate and re-register the C:\Program Files\DATAIR\Common directory. - The underlying operating system must be Windows NT 4.0 SP4 or later or Windows 2000. DATAIR's Windows applications are not compatible with NT 3.51. All Applications: - Keep in mind that a Terminal Server-type installation may not be advisable for database and processing-intensive applications. All users will be sharing the same processor, and performance may be unacceptable when multiple users are running the system simultaneously. - You may not use a Terminal Server-type installation to make the software available to users not located at the licensed site. Please contact DATAIR for information on obtaining secondary site and telecommuter licenses as required by your license agreement.
