Search Tips:

There are five methods of searching for information in the DATAIR Knowledge Base (DKB):

bullet All Words - Each of the words entered in "Search for" must be found somewhere in the article, however they don't have to be found as a sentence. This is the default option.
bullet Any Words - At least one of the words entered must be found in the article. Be careful not to enter words that would be commonly found in articles such as 'the', 'and', etc.
bullet Exact Phrase - The exact phrase entered must be found in the article. Do not enclose the phrase in quotation marks.
bullet Most Recent - Displays all articles added or edited within the number of days entered. If left blank, 30 days is used. Search words are ignored when using Most Recent, however the Category selection is used.
bullet Article Number - Enter the DKB article number, either with our without the "DKB" prefix. Leading zeros in the Article Number can be ignored. e.g.: article DKB00123 can be entered as DKB123 or just 123. The Category selection is ignored when searching by Article Number.

If you do not find the information you're looking for:

bullet Try selecting a Category of  "All" and re-querying. This is particularly useful when looking up error codes.
bullet If you are searching by All Words, enter fewer words to search for.
bullet When searching by Any Words, enter more words.
bullet If searching by Exact Phrase, consider selecting All Words or Any Words as an alternative.

The DATAIR Knowledge Base returns the most viewed and most recent articles first to make locating popular articles easier.

If there are more than 15 articles that match your query, "<Prev" and "Next>" will be shown at the bottom of the list to navigate to the previous and next groups of matches.

The ten Most Popular Items for the selected Category are always displayed below the Search Results.

Articles that have been added within 30 days will be identified as , and those edited within 30 days will be identified as
