Document Software Customer Support

Want a change of pace from restating documents? Join the team who supports our IRS approved prototype, volume submitter, and individually designed documents and the Document System software that produces them, provides training, writes user documentation, performs pre-release testing, and contributes software design ideas to better meet the needs of our large and diverse customer base.

MUST have a minimum of 2+ years in retirement administration, including a strong working knowledge of retirement plan design and documents. Experience with balance forward recordkeeping, discrimination testing, and government reporting a plus.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A balance of computer, benefits, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Working knowledge of a wide variety of retirement plans and retirement documents gained in a TPA-type environment;
  • High level of proficiency in retirement plan concepts and details;
  • Demonstrated thorough understanding of Internal Revenue Code, Department of Labor, and other regulations as they apply to retirement plans, including ability to read and interpret such regulations and apply them to the product;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment;
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.

Professional designations (QKA, QPA, or APA) or desirable, but not required. Experience with DATAIR software a strong plus.


Defined Benefit Customer Support

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and resourceful individual to join our Defined Benefit Customer Support Group. Join the team who supports our proven benefit software, provides training, writes user documentation, performs pre-release testing, and contributes software design ideas to better meet the needs of our large and diverse customer base.

MUST have a minimum of 2+ years in Defined Benefit Administration, including a working knowledge of actuarial funding, government reporting, retirement plan design, and 415 issues. Cash Balance knowledge a plus.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A balance of computer, benefits, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Working knowledge of a wide variety of defined benefit plans;
  • High level of proficiency in actuarial concepts;
  • Demonstrated thorough understanding of Internal Revenue Code, Department of Labor and PBGC regulations as they apply to defined benefit plans, including ability to read and interpret such regulations and apply them to the product;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment;
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.

Professional designations (EA, CPC, QPA) a plus but not required. Experience with DATAIR software a plus.


Defined Contribution Customer Support

Are you ready for a change of pace and new setting? We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and resourceful individual to join our Defined Contribution Customer Support Group. Join the team who supports our proven benefit software, provides training, writes user documentation, performs pre-release testing, and contributes software design ideas to better meet the needs of our large and diverse customer base.

MUST have a minimum of 2+ years in Defined Contribution Administration, including a working knowledge of retirement plan design, balance forward recordkeeping, discrimination testing, and government reporting.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A balance of computer, benefits, communication, and interpersonal skills;

VB / ASP Web Developer

We're seeking to expand our staff with experienced developers with 4 or more years of professional Visual Basic and 2 or more years IIS ASP experience.

You'll extend the reach of our systems to the web using COM and ASP connecting to SQL 2000 and MS Access data and have full lifecycle product involvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A balance of design, programming, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Diverse PC-based development experience gained in a vertical market software development environment;
  • High level of proficiency in >VB6, JET, MS SQL, OOP, COM, ADO, ASP, HTML development;
  • Demonstrated ability to carry projects through from conception to completion;
  • Ability to comprehend highly technical subject matter;
  • An interest in full life cycle development;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment;
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.

Experience with JScript, AJAX, XML, VB.NET and ASP.NET a plus. Experience in employee benefit software development a bonus.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated developer that can take a project from concept to completion using all of their skills and experience.


VB Developers

Seasoned, well-rounded, professionals with at least 4 years in professional software development. Minimum 2 years building large applications with VB6 and/or .NET. GUI design and MS SQL database experience a must. Use of third-party controls required. Experience with ADO, ASP, and OOP a plus. This is not an entry-level position.


All positions offer a salary commensurate with experience.  Sales positions include commissions in addition to salary.
