PROVEN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS SINCE 1967
For 50 years, DATAIR has provided employee benefit software and services to benefits administration professionals. We supported mainframe systems from the late 1960s, added time-sharing and minicomputer systems in the 1970s, and then microcomputer systems in the early Eighties. All our systems are Windows and network compatible.

EXPANDED SCOPE, DEPTH AND UTILITIES
Early DATAIR systems provided Pension and Profit Sharing proposal, valuation, and administrative capabilities. We've since added systems for: Flexible Benefits administration; trust accounting; annual and special government forms/schedules/reports; FAS87 and FAS132 reporting; plan distribution and tax analysis; IRS-approved plan documents generation; turnkey interactive voice response; enterprise-wide client/contact/task management; and various interrelated utilities (interface programs between systems, data import from external systems, data export and customized report writing).

NEARLY ALL PLAN TYPES SUPPORTED
Plans administered by our systems now include Defined Benefit Pensions (including Cash Balance and 412(i) plans), Target Benefit and Money Purchase Pensions, Profit Sharing, 401(k), 403(b), 457, ESOPs, and Cafeteria/ Flexible Benefit/Section 125 plans. There are versions for third-party administrators to administer many plans for others, or for employers and plan sponsors to administer their own plans. There are carved-out subsystems for those wanting to perform just discrimination testing or plan design proposals and comparisons. There are also Demo Versions.

Unlike our competitors, DATAIR has always openly published our License Fees, System Support Fees, and Multiple-Site Discounts. Our Price List shows not only everyday low prices, but also unbundled prices and start-out possibilities so you are not forced to "over buy". There are also package price discounts, volume discounts and multi-site discounts for when your needs are greater and you are hoping for economies of scale. Our long history and large customer base permit us to predict, control and spread normal and ongoing development and support costs, rather than constantly asking our customers to re-buy their systems or pay substantial, unpredictable and unavoidable upgrade fees. We offer more for less.

SOFTWARE ENRICHED BY LARGE CUSTOMER BASE
This large user base also enriches the software itself. It must support and satisfy a broad range of needs and demands, and is improved by suggestions from benefit professionals with diverse backgrounds and applications. Besides support by phone, fax, e-mail, website, release write-ups, user manual pages and replacement software, DATAIR also provides periodic bulletins, newsletters, User Group Meetings, and Training opportunities-all of which add to this vital and ongoing process.

FREQUENT UPDATES AND REPLACEMENTS
Systems are updated several times per year, with new releases taking only a few minutes to install. All new features are documented both in writing and via onscreen menus, pop-up windows, and field and screen explanations. User Manuals include tabs, indexes, reference materials, and "how to" sections.

While our systems come with comprehensive online help, and are easy to use, we also offer a variety of free and low-cost training options to meet your needs.
