** For prototypes registered under DATAIR's
name we assess an annual per-plan Sponsor Reporting fee to offset costs involved
in complying with the IRS's annual reporting requirements under Rev Proc
2000-20. If you re-register the documents in your name, there are no
annual per-plan fees since you will be responsible for the IRS annual reporting
requirements.
*** There is a one-time administrative fee for
re-registering prototype documents in your name. This is in addition to the
IRS-imposed fees.
