401(k) Recordkeeper  (South Shore, MA)

A rapidly growing South Shore, MA firm is in need of an experienced participant recordkeeper in its TPA unit. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Five years of Balance forward recordkeeping experience for 401(k), Profit Sharing, & Money Purchase Plans (comparable daily recordkeeping experience will be considered)

• Three years of working with prototype plans including the completion of the adoption agreement, SPD, Trust agreement, Board Resolutions from a new plan application form

• Calculating and processing distributions

• Converting existing plans

In addition to the above experience you will need to the following skill sets:

• Self starter able to work with minimal supervision

• Organized with the ability to set and meet numerous deadlines

• Knowledge of MS Office

• orking knowledge of MS Excel

• Familiarity with Datair Recordkeeping system and Prototype plans

We offer a great working environment complete with the ability to bring your dog to the office. Our office is located on the second floor and is not handicap accessible. We are located approximately 30 minutes south of Boston, MA. This is a full time permanent position and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible.
