How can I cancel maintenance on the systems we license?
Per your license and support agreement, we require advance written notice. Please complete a NOTICE OF INTENT TO CANCEL SYSTEM SUPPORT AGREEMENT form. Once we receive this form from you, we will complete the bottom section and return the form to you for your records.
