The SAR is an information form only and not an accounting form. It is not intended to balance. It just gives participants general information about the plan.
Item 2(a)(3) from the Schedule H and Item 2(a)(1)(C) are not referenced in the Appendix to DOL Regulation 2520.104b-10. It has never been the intention of the DOL to provide information which may be specific to one participant to all participants.
