My new enrollment number contains 7 digits (02-0XXXX), but PR only allows 6 characters

Per guidance from EFAST, for 2001 forms, the third digit (always a zero) should be ignored. So, if your enrollment number was 02-01234, you would enter it as 02-1234. This field has been expanded on the 2002 forms.
