Marketing & Sales Positions:
Contribution/Defined Benefit Systems Sales Representative
We are seeking a candidate with Defined Contribution/Defined Benefit Sales or
Administration experience to join our sales team.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Make sales calls to prospects and existing clients
• Generate and qualify leads
• Develop client referrals
• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and
• Demonstrate software capabilities to potential clients
• Ability to have consultative conversations with business owners
• Develop sales proposals
• Prepare and present sales contracts
• Follow up and maintain sales activity records
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
• Retirement plan sales and/or administration experience a plus
• Knowledge of DATAIR systems a plus
• Understanding of computers and technology
All positions offer a salary
commensurate with experience. Sales positions include commissions and
bonus structure in
addition to salary, and require light to moderate travel.
