Sandy Amoroso, Sales Representative

Sandy brings 10 years of combined sales and management experience in computer hardware and software to DATAIR from a diverse background.

In addition to marketing DATAIR’s products and services, she also acts as a liaison between sales support and our users addressing your on-going needs.

Sandy introduces ancillary systems designed to enhance your efficiency with DATAIR’s systems, as well as help to make better use of your time.

What’s notable about DATAIR? "DATAIR provides excellent service to our users, often taking their suggestions and incorporating them into our software."

 

Rick Damato, Sales Representative

Rick’s familiarity with the computer software industry proves invaluable when it comes to assisting you with questions concerning DATAIR’s pension and cafeteria software capabilities. Rick draws upon his sales and management experience to offer the best product to suit your needs and keep you ahead of your competition.

He also assists in the development of marketing plans for companies that are considering becoming third party administrators.

On his days off, Rick and his Golden Retriever, Morty, visit with his children, Jamie and Phil.

 

Tom Domijan, System Developer

Software development is nothing new to Tom. He brings 13 years of expertise to DATAIR from the insurance industry. His work includes development of a commercial lines insurance rating system and an underwriters workbench, along with management of a software development staff.

His current position at DATAIR involves the development of new software for Windows 95 and Windows NT.

Married with three children, Joshua, Marie, and Jacob, Tom manages to find time to play sports and video games.

What does he like best about DATAIR? "I love the atmosphere and all the people. They have made my first two weeks enjoyable."

 

Brian Eskra, System Developer

As a computer consultant for 4 years, Brian brings his expertise in programming and designing to DATAIR.

He is currently working behind the scenes developing a voice response system that will allow employees to call in and retrieve information regarding their Cafeteria, 401(k), or other plan-related information. Brian is also responsible for our Panacea Fax (which will be available with DATAIR’s Client Manager).

When Brian’s not spending time with his two children, Veronica and Tom, he’s out on the golf course.

What’s notable about DATAIR? "The people—everyone’s very nice and pleasant."

 

 

Janice La Porte, Customer Support

Janice’s previous work experience in employee benefits was a natural fit for DATAIR’s Customer Support staff.

She provides support to our Retirement Plan Documents System users with their document questions, (i.e., prototype, volume submitter and individually designed).

In her spare time, she also manages to contribute to the development of the agenda for Educational Services.

When she’s not at work, Janice pursues her passion for collecting antiques and dabbles in interior design.

What’s notable about DATAIR? "The variety, fast pace and the people are a big plus for me!"

 

Gerry Shea, Enrolled Actuary

Gerry has loved working with numbers ever since his childhood. Luckily for DATAIR, he decided to major in mathematics rather than wrestling.

Gerry’s actuarial career includes stints working in pensions and health and life insurance—making it a smooth transition to DATAIR.

In addition to all actuarial and support work, he will help enhance the Pension System’s ability to value large defined benefit plans by developing a multiple-decrement capability.

What does he like best about DATAIR? "The transition to a small plan-environment at DATAIR is challenging, enjoyable, and highly stimulating."

 

Dana Wojcik, Customer Support

Dana came to DATAIR from a nationally recognized retirement plan group in November 1996.

For the past five years, she worked providing help to TPAs, brokers, and employers, from completing a plan document to maintaining a select TPA program—to educational seminars—to providing information on current, past or proposed rules and regulations. Prior to that she provided cafeteria/Sec. 125 administration for an insurance company along with a short encounter of 401(k) administration.

What does Dana enjoy about DATAIR? "I really enjoy working with the friendly and knowledgeable DATAIR users."
